(Beam Reports); is an independent Sudanese media platform that offers diverse journalistic content through modern digital journalism tools.

Beam Reports produces reliable investigative and explanatory reports, in addition to its works on fact-checking, information integrity, and public opinion research.

We aim to empower the public to actively participate in combating disinformation and rumors in society. Additionally, we seek to raise awareness among the Sudanese people and encourage them to understand what’s happening around them. We aim to clarify and analyze the complexities of political, social, and economic issues in Sudan.

On December 20, 2021, Beam Reports Center for Press Services was officially registered with the Commercial Registration Department of the Sudanese Ministry of Justice under registration number: (155701) under the provisions of the Business Names Registration Law of 1931.

Beam Reports platform, owned by Beam Media Production Limited, was officially established on August 30, 2021, under the number: (Tigress/ST: 65220) under the provisions of Article 15 (3) of the Companies Law of 2015.

Beam Reports started with self-funding from the founders, but has since partnered with several organizations, including the Thomson Foundation, USAID, Chemonics, and Avaz among others.
